Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rq99 platform and all services provided through it.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and rq99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the rq99 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rq99 platform.
rq99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the rq99 platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 1. Eligibility
To register and use a rq99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. rq99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or are subsequently found to have been misrepresented.
rq99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. rq99 makes no representations that its services are legal in all locations. Players accessing rq99 from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences that result.
You Confirm That You:
- Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so for the duration of your account.
- Are registering in your own name and providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
- Are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and are not accessing rq99 in violation of any applicable law.
- Have not previously had a rq99 account closed due to breach of these Terms or any policy violation.
- Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party in connection with your use of the platform.
2. Account Registration and Management
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rq99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If a Player is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — rq99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances. rq99 operates a single-account policy with zero tolerance for abuse.
You Are Responsible For:
- Keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
- All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You accept liability for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account.
- Ensuring that your contact details, including your registered mobile number, remain current and accurate at all times.
- Notifying rq99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, by contacting the rq99 support team without delay.
Account Verification (KYC)
rq99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. As part of this policy, rq99 may at any time — and in particular before processing any withdrawal — require you to provide documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. rq99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or place account holds pending completion of KYC verification.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal rights. rq99 will communicate KYC requirements clearly when they arise and will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rq99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rq99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. rq99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently. rq99 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. rq99 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the rq99 deposit page. These limits may be adjusted by rq99 at its discretion.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your rq99 balance. Players are responsible for verifying deposit amounts and destination accounts before submitting any payment.
- rq99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its absolute discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. rq99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement is outstanding will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
- rq99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be extended for accounts subject to KYC review.
- rq99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks and to delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, rq99 may involve relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
rq99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, and those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.
rq99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, any modification will not affect the credited amount but may affect the terms under which that amount can be used or withdrawn.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each offer's individual terms.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- rq99 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus system.
- Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple concurrent bonuses.
- Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash or other value.
5. Prohibited Conduct
rq99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, cheating, collusion, and any form of conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or disadvantages other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the rq99 platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
- Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or vulnerabilities in the rq99 platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error will be voided.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, or using the rq99 platform for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Registering multiple accounts, providing false identity information, or impersonating another person in connection with any rq99 account.
6. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rq99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. rq99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
rq99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games will function without error at all times, or that any particular result will be achieved. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rq99 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, particularly during high-demand periods such as major cricket tournaments and BPL season fixtures.
Amendments to These Terms
rq99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights, rq99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may be given by a notice displayed on the platform or by communication to your registered contact details.
